Well on the face it disposing of your packaging is easy, just put it in the bin and get your waste disposal company to remove it when your bins are full.
Now whilst that sounds simple, if you are a manufacturing company you may find yourself with massive amounts of packaging to dispose of daily. Indeed some large companies can find themselves having to dispose of several tons of packaging each week.
This can become an issue, as the costs waste disposal companies are being charged at landfill sites are being increased year on year. Which means your bill for packaging disposal will carry on going up. These increased charges are driven along by the government to force companies to think about recycling packaging, and this does make sense, as the more packaging you can recycle the less your waste disposal bill will be.
These days you can get a wide variety of machines to help you recycle packaging, that can either compress your waste packaging up in to a smaller load enabling you to store more in a skip. Or you can get machines that will cut up your cardboard waste into small pieces enabling it to be recycled (And take up less space on your premises).
